Cannot connect to Remote Administrator Server – Trouble shooting guide

Please following the step to trouble shooting problem.

1. Check the License File and Check is it starts the Remote Administrator Server Service first.
   Please right click “My Computer”，choose “Service”
     
   After Choose “Service”，You may see the following screen：
   Choose lefts menu “service and application”，and then click “Service”
   
     In right hand side the service list，please right “click” NOD32 Remote Administrator Server and choose “properties”.
   
   In cryptographic Services properties，please choose “automatic” ，and click “start”
2. Please check RAS is it set the password? If set the password, please type the correct password carefully when login the RAS.
3. Please check the firewall port, please allow the following ports.
   
   RAC: 2222,2223,2224,2846
   
   RAS: 2222
