Software incompatible – Trouble shooting guide

Open Nod32 Control Center first, choose setup.


Click “Allow manual stopping”


Please try to stop AMON



If quit AMON can solve the problem. Please click “AMON” and choose setup, click “Exclusions” Add the folder of the software which incompatible with NOD32.


If stop AMON can’t solve the problem. Please try to quit the IMON.


If quit IMON can solve the problem, please click “IMON”, choose setup. Click “Miscellaneous” -> “exclusion” -> “edit” -> “add“, Add the execute file of the software which incompatible with NOD32.
