When Windows is starting up, the ESET NOD32 screen holds for minutes. What should I do?

When Windows is booting up, there is a list of programs which will be started with the Windows. All the programs will starts in the same time but not in sequence. The situation happens when the startup list is very long.

If the problem is serious, please un-install unnecessary programs in Windows “Control Panel”.
